About Us
The 'Club' has a history dating back over 120 years, formerly known as Heptonstall Parish Bowling Club, located in the fringes of the village of Heptonstall.
Following the closure of the villages Heptonstall Working Men's Club it amalgamated with them to become known as the current Heptonstall Social and Bowling Club.

At Heptonstall Social and Bowling Club, we cherish the spirit of community. Situated on the hilltops of the Calder Valley, our club is a haven for social interactions, recreational activities, and memorable events. Our facilities include crown green bowling, snooker, event hosting capabilities, and a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Membership
Become Part of Our Community
New members are welcome to apply to join , joining fee is £10 (adult 18+) or £5 ( 12 years - 17 years) ,
Membership form is available from club secretary via email ( heptonstallclub@live.co.uk) or available behind the bar.
Membership is renewable every January irrespective of joining Date .
From January 1st 2026 Membership Cards must be presented at the bar to unlock member offers to you such as discounted bar prices and discounted room hire rates and access to bowling green and snooker facility's.

Members annual subscriptions (SUBS) are due every January and must be paid prior to the annual general meeting which is held first week in April per Anum. these can be paid over the bar along with your membership card , Life and Honorary members can renew by presenting their card at the bar for signing .
